Our History

Rainbow was established in 1979 as Motive Care Industry Ltd, and in 1987 the company was renamed Rainbow Nursing Registry.

This name was selected by the owner and founder, Elca Crooks, to symbolize the ideals and fundamentals of the company:

Just like the vast colours of the rainbow, we strive to be diverse in our staff, clientele, and offerings to provide optimal care and comfort to patients.
